NMX - having trouble uploading the new firmware.

It seems like the problem I'm having is that when I plug it into my computer via mini usb-usb cable with the stop button depressed, no lights come on. I am wondering if I'm coin something wrong...seems like it's not getting into the upload mode to receive the new firmware.

any suggestions?

Nevermind, I figured it out...used a good quality cable.

Still didn't see a light come on to let me know that the NMX was in upload mode....But the uploader said it was successful....and then I checked in the app to see what version I had in there...and indeed it had updated.

Hello Andrew, just a little heads up you'll get much faster response/help through our support email support@dynamicperception.com or just calling us.. Nevertheless, When you say no lights come on do you mean literally no lights? What should happen is a single green light will appear on the Ethernet ports and nothing else (no flashing no additional lights, just the single light).. It's possible that your USB cable is damaged/defective and is not getting power to the controller, it's also possible that your USB hub at the computer is not powered (this would be very rare).
